Gawhari Khanum's will, 1923
Gawhari Khanum (daughter of Haj Zu al-Riyasatayn) makes her daughter, Batul Khanum, the executor of her will so that after Gawhari Khanum's death Batul Khanum has to sell the three-sixths of the mills in Murad Bak valley, or buy that share, and spend the money for the expenses in the year of Gawhari Khanum's death. Mah Sultan's will, 1903
Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum, known as Mah Sultan, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Muttalib, has appointed Aqa Mirza Muhammad Sahib Amin al-Tujjar, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Amin al-Tujjar from Shiraz, as the executor of her will regarding her inherited property from her late husband, Haj ‘Abd al-Husayn, as her mahr and as half of her one-eighth share. Khayr al-Nisa’ has left all her belongings to her daughter, Fatimah Baygum known as Bibi Kuchak, for which she is responsible for the cost of forty years of prayers and fast on behalf of her mother.

Shikar Khanum's settlement and will, 1921
Mashhadiyah Shikar Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Allahyar Ganjah and the wife of Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, makes a claim against her brother, Mulla Najaf, regarding her inheritance from her father and her mother, Bibi Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Mustafa. Will of Gawhar Khanum, 1905
The will of Gawhar Khanum, wife of the late Haj Habib. The will specifies that a trustworthy person is paid three hundred tumans to go on Hajj on her behalf, one hundred and forty tumans for someone to perform forty-one years' worth of prayers for her and to fast for forty-one months on her behalf, and sixty tumans for her funeral expenses. Gawhar Khanum advises that her son, Muʻtamad al-Sultan Muhammad Husayn Iqbal-i Divan, should supervise the affairs.

Settlement and will, 1904 and 1905
On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars. Settlement and will of Haji Mulla Husayn, 1882
The document reads in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled 1500 tumans with three of his sons, Mirza Muhammad Riza Khadim, Shaykh Muhammad Baqir, and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli, for a man [three kilograms] of salt. If the settlor dies and the two underage sons [Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli] are adults at the time of executing the will, the settled money, 1500 tumans, should be used for the expenses of the burial, funeral, and other religious duties.
